About Erica
Erica Donaldson (nee Wynter) has a passion for success and has decided to dedicate her time to the development of small businesses in Jamaica. Donaldson is an International Business Coach and trainer who has traveled the island coaching and mentoring young entrepreneurs in Jamaica and an agent of change who continues to contribute to the growth and development of her country via different associations.
While crediting her success to her grandmother who helped her to realize that she could transcend her circumstances by setting high goals and working very hard to achieve them, Donaldson has coached and assisted well over 3000 business owners both locally and internationally.
