Service Description

Erica Donaldson has been coaching micro and small business owners for over ten (10) years. Her coaching programme is designed from the outside in, ensuring to attend to the needs of her clients via the delivery of training, coaching, and mentorship as they seek to start and grow profitable businesses as well as to achieve greater success in their personal life. Objectives: - Establish goals - Understand their strengths and weaknesses - Create a practical action plan to achieve their established goals - Establish an effective system to better manage both personal and professional life - Improve efficiency and productivity - Increase self-fulfillment As a Business Coach, my duties will include: 1. A one-on-one 45 minutes consultation session 2. Four hours of goal setting and validation over one or two sessions 3. Two hours strategy planning session 4. Three in-person site visits/review meetings (1 hour duration per meet/visit) 5. Once per week telephone/WhatsApp check-in 6. Worksheets 7. Business templates based on needs assessment 8. One year membership for Vendor Circle (entrepreneurs' community) if interested. Important Information ● Mentorship and Coaching service will commence only after the required documents and a minimum of 50% ($1,100.00), non refundable deposit is paid. ● The second payment of 30% ($660.00) is required six (6) weeks after the commencement date and the final payment of 20% ($440.00) is required ten (10) weeks after the commencement date. ● In the event of non-performance by the client a meeting will be held to discuss the challenges and seek to strategize a workable solution. ● It will be the responsibility of the Client to notify the Coach of any changes or delays in a timely manner, especially changes that may impact the Coach’s ability to execute his/her role. ● The Coach will not be held liable for any changes made by the Client. However, the Coach will use professional judgment when taking action in regard to changes, weather, tardiness, non-performance, etc. based on the situation, time limitations and/or your wishes. ● The client shall complete a self-assessment evaluation form upon completion of the service provided.
